Η OSM Tapes σε συνεργασία με το The Host υποδέχονται στη Θεσσαλονίκη, για πρώτη φορά, έναν από τους σημαντικότερους εκπροσώπους της σύγχρονης αυστραλιανής darkwave/post-punk σκηνής, τον Buzz Kull.
Σε μία πολυαναμενόμενη πρώτη εμφάνιση στην πόλη, την Τετάρτη 26 Αυγούστου 2026, ο Marc Dwyer φέρνει το σκοτεινό, υπνωτικό live του στο κοινό της Θεσσαλονίκης.
Μαζί του, οι Velvet Cave, ένα από τα πιο δραστήρια και ανερχόμενα σχήματα της εγχώριας dark μουσικής σκηνής, ανοίγουν τη βραδιά.
Buzz Kull:
Buzz Kull είναι το μουσικό project του Marc Dwyer από το Σίδνεϊ της Αυστραλίας, που από το 2012 έχει καθιερωθεί ως μία από τις πιο ξεχωριστές παρουσίες της σύγχρονης darkwave και minimal synth σκηνής.
Με ήχο που ισορροπεί ανάμεσα στο post-punk, το EBM, το industrial και την cold wave αισθητική, οι Buzz Kull δημιουργούν σκοτεινές, υπνωτικές συνθέσεις με έντονο συναισθηματικό φορτίο και κινηματογραφική ατμόσφαιρα.
Οι κυκλοφορίες τους έχουν αποσπάσει εξαιρετικές κριτικές διεθνώς, ενώ οι εκτεταμένες περιοδείες τους σε Ευρώπη, Αμερική, Ασία και Αυστραλία έχουν εδραιώσει τη φήμη τους ως ένα από τα πιο δυναμικά live acts του είδους.
Η εμφάνισή του στο The Host αποτελεί την πρώτη συναυλία των Buzz Kull στη Θεσσαλονίκη, στο πλαίσιο της ευρωπαϊκής τους περιοδείας.
Velvet Cave:
Οι Velvet Cave σχηματίστηκαν το 2023 στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
Η ηχητική τους ταυτότητα διακρίνεται από dark wave, synth pop και post-punk επιρροές.
Τον Οκτώβριο του 2025 κυκλοφόρησαν ανεξάρτητα το πρώτο τους άλμπουμ, Sagittarius B2, ενώ έχουν ήδη μοιραστεί τη σκηνή με συγκροτήματα όπως οι She Past Away, Selofan, Valisia Odell, Electro Vampires, Convex Model, Mosquito, Remain in Light και The Love Underground, αποτελώντας μία από τις πιο υποσχόμενες παρουσίες της νέας ελληνικής σκοτεινής σκηνής.

On Wednesday, August 26, OSM Tapes, in collaboration with The Host, proudly present the first-ever Thessaloniki performance of one of Australia’s most acclaimed contemporary darkwave/post-punk acts, Buzz Kull. In what promises to be a highly anticipated debut in the city, Marc Dwyer brings his dark, hypnotic live show to Thessaloniki. Joining the bill are Velvet Cave, one of the most active and promising emerging bands from the Greek dark scene.

Buzz Kull is the musical project of Sydney-based artist Marc Dwyer. Since its inception in 2012, it has established itself as one of the defining names of the contemporary darkwave and minimal synth scene. Blending post-punk, EBM, industrial, and cold wave influences, Buzz Kull crafts dark, hypnotic compositions driven by emotional intensity and cinematic atmosphere.
His releases have received widespread international acclaim, while extensive touring across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia has cemented his reputation as one of the genre’s most compelling live acts. His appearance at The Host marks Buzz Kull’s first-ever performance in Thessaloniki as part of their European tour.
𝐕𝐄𝐋𝐕𝐄𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐕𝐄
Velvet Cave was formed in Thessaloniki in 2023. Their sound draws from darkwave, synth-pop, and post-punk, creating a distinctive blend of atmospheric electronics and melancholic melodies.
In October 2025, they independently released their debut album, Sagittarius B2. They have already shared the stage with acts such as She Past Away, Selofan, Valisia Odell, Electro Vampires, Convex Model, Mosquito, Remain in Light, and The Love Underground, establishing themselves as one of the most promising new names in Greece’s contemporary dark scene.
